The consultant instructed me to pay my taxes with the Q1 estimate using the Q1 estimate form but indicate payment was for both. Both the IRS and the PA Dept of Revenue charged me interest and penalties. The IRS would not correct the payment because I used the wrong form. My request of H&R Block to reimburse me for the interest and penalties has gone unanswered for 3 months. The PA letter charging me just arrived today.
