Avoid this location. They failed to transmit my son’s tax return, leaving it sitting in their system for over three weeks while telling us it was "filed." We only found out after checking with the IRS ourselves. After admitting to the clerical error, they scheduled a meeting with me to resolve it, then no-showed the appointment without a phone call. Crystal Schaming was amazing. I have had less-than-great experiences with other tax companies, and it left me with a less-than-optimistic view of using such services. However, after I visited with Crystal, my outlook on tax services has done a complete 180! Amazing experience, great representative, and a new trust built between H&R Block and me.
