This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever encountered. I am absolutely disappointed and dismayed and the unprofessional and difficult staff, including management. When we first arrived, we were assigned Patsy. The first thing she said to us when we sat down was that it looked like someone had already filed on our behalf. Then she mentioned this was an error.
