First of all my first contact at this store was an absolute rock star. I think she is the office manager Staci Williams. She really knows her stuff. She was able to get me started with a tax pro. She was kind, warm and friendly. Next came Cindy the tax pro. Cindy, also very knowledgeable and friendly, handled my taxes and all of my questions with ease and professionalism. All of the tax professionals are very friendly and helpful at the Castaic location.
H&R Block is hands down the best tax company around, BreAnn is absolutely amazing at what she does. Her knowledge is superior and I wouldn't want to have anyone else helping me file my yearly taxes. I highly recommend her services.
