Three years in a row with Victoria and she is phenomenal! I highly recommend.
Because it was quick,fast and mostly painless,I had Victoria last year and this year and she is absolutely amazing and awesome.
Kathy VanNostrand was completely clueless during my visit a few months ago. It took three tries to actually get the appointment because she kept canceling on me. She tried to cancel the third one too because she was too "tired". I refused since I already showed up the week prior and the office didn't even bother to call me to tell me she wasn't there for my appointment. I live far away from this office because she's apparently the only one in the entire albany area that can do an ITIN application that I needed for my wife. W... read more
