Terrible Service I have to say this office may have the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a retail establishment. I had my personal taxes done for 3 years at this location. After changing offices to the 86 Chambers Street location due to unsatisfactory service during the last tax season, I was notified that I would not only need to file 1 but 2 peace of mind claims due to errors from my state and federal 2024 taxes. This H&R Block location has one of the most professional and friendly staffs. That is why I have chosen to file at this location for the third year. My tax pro, Kysha Davis, was amazing and guided me throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to help me resolve a tax issue involving my EIN. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to file with H&R Block.
