Horrible experience at this H& R location on 116th street between 3rd Ave and Lexington . I made an appointment on line got there early the receptionist was already with an attitude she quickly stated that the lady who their computer program said she wasn’t in and ask how I made the appointment ? Now why would she asked me that question ? She should see by the computer that it was done online , don’t know where they hire these individuals, then she sets me up with a young man and didn’t ask for my ID or other documents perta... read more

I just went to the location 04/12/24 and I was having trouble with filling I talked to Nicole Harden over the phone about my trouble and my frustration she was Very professional and cared about my situation with a previous location and instead directing me to another location she did something even better by helping me with filing which was so kind because she didn't have to especially while doing multiple tasks in the office it was incredible how Nicole was more like a Jackie of all trades with phone calls .
