Iv been a customer for several years. However, After my experience this year I do not think I will be back to this location. I did not feel that my ttime wasn't valued and I felt that I was a burden when asking tax questions.
They do an excellent job of taking care of my taxes and explaining the details of my return. Will definitely keep doing business with them.
I am very satisfied with my tax preparer in Minnesota. He is very friendly and I always feel welcomed. I have never had any issues at his office. I will continue to be a customer.
