It was severely hot & Frank tax preparer was very confused & couidnt help me I showed him form online he asked for & said I need the original paper was very rude & unprofessional!
We had a no idea how easy this particular H&R Block office could work with us. We were so happy from making an appointment with the front end of the office to our face-to-face with Maria Mendoza. She was amazing at explaining everything and made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. It was a great experience and we are looking forward to next year! Thank you!
