Extremely sloppy work and poor customer service. They made a mess of my tax return. The tax preparation agent, Lati Smith, made an error on my tax forms, and left out a digit on my bank account number. So when I noticed her mistake, I got instructions from H&R Block on how to go online myself to the IRS website, and fix the error. Then, the second problem is when it came time for the IRS to deduct the amount I owed, they withdrew the amount twice.
