I actually agree with a review on here of a one. After a while kinda adds up don't it, just think of non reviews. If not mistaken per reading below, I think I'll just skip let someone else roll with the ball from our house. 5 minutes of time I get from H and R block 3 times 3 locations cannot be above a 1 star.
I seen a guy tax professional there and he treated us very professional in the office. When he went to correct our returns with information I found out after we filed he was ignoring us and told us to find a different tax professional. I was shocked 😲! I will never go to this office again! I have used H&R Block for years and have never been treated like this! I had made another apt to go in and get them fixed and he canceled the apt and it said we never came. He was supposed to call us and do a phone apt. I checked my phone... read more

Our tax adviser was difficult with which to work, was defensive, not client oriented, entered incorrect data on our return and was very unprofessional. This is an exception relative to the previous 4 years we have had H&R Block do our returns.
