Booked online and got the confirmation. But they had no record of it. Carol was polite and very knowledgeable. I would go to her again.
Our H&R Block tax preparer (Cindy Taylor) was extremely efficient, friendly, and helpful. She answered all our questions and gave us great insight and advice.
We had a preparer there forget to enter a w2, we now owe the it's 5k, The office manager said he can't help us. "They don't make mistakes there." Filed 4 complaints to be investigated with H and R, all without a response of any kind. They do not uphold their guarantees, and refuse to talk about the issue. Would not recommend!
