Lani Smith was my supposed tax pro she had to get help to fill out my 1040 form. She messed up my taxes. She filed them on 02/05/2026 and all I received so far are letters from the IRS. She refuses fix her mess she created. She did manage to change my password in my cell phone. Kudos for het Heed the warning. Now I just spent money on a lawyer to take them to court.
This is our first time using the service and we won’t make that mistake again! It has taken 6 weeks to get my taxes done despite making two in-person appointments. Phone calls and emails go unanswered. I asked them to file an extension due to all the delays but I am not sure that they did that. Apparently, they are only open 1 day a week once tax day passes so it is impossible for clients that work.
The staff at this office was very helpful.and alot of fun! Lots of laughs!
Very disappointed this year slow in getting taxes done and after paying over 600 to have my taxes done they mess up and cost me 250 in interest to local ask if they are going to make it right admitted to it being there fault all I was asking for was to pay the interest but got ghosted
