The staff at this office was very helpful.and alot of fun! Lots of laughs!
Very disappointed this year slow in getting taxes done and after paying over 600 to have my taxes done they mess up and cost me 250 in interest to local ask if they are going to make it right admitted to it being there fault all I was asking for was to pay the interest but got ghosted
Dropped my taxes off second week of February. It’s now 3/9 and keep calling for an update if they’re completed. Told the tax pro will return my call. Never had an issue with communication when the tax pro who recently retired and did my taxes for years was there. Will be going elsewhere from now on.
