I had a great experience at H&R Block in Green Hills. Jonathan and Debbie were incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable, and they made the entire tax process feel easy and stress-free. They had such great energy, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made everything seamless from start to finish. I will definitely be returning to see them in the future and highly recommend this location to anyone needing tax help!
Read this before using HR block! I have had my taxes done with this company for as long as I can remember and while my preferred person has retired, I still use HR for taxes. The problem is this Emerald Card that you can get your refund by. DONT get the EMERALD CARD without reading this fully. I had to call them to see where my card was as it had not yet been delivered. Do not seem knowledgeable in tax preparation. Has not been able to complete our return. When asked if it would be completed by the deadline, I was told "I hope so." After 3 hours with our tax preparer and now on my second day of waiting with no update, I have no confidence that our tax return will be prepared on-time nor correctly.
