Susan Fleischut dragged her feet when I asked a few questions. She did not respond back to my emails. I had to call in order to get any kind of response. This dragged on for so long that I had to file for an extension and I ended up hiring someone else.
I had a great experience with H&R Block. Our tax agent is the best—he always takes the time to go over everything with us and makes sure we understand our return. He’s very thorough and makes sure we get the most out of our refund. We really appreciate how patient and helpful he is every year. I highly recommend H&R Block, especially if you have an agent like Joseph who truly cares about doing the best job for his clients!
I have called written and texted them several times and have received zero response. That’s not professional in my mind.
I would highly recommend this HR Block location to anyone looking for competent and extremely knowledgeable tax experts. They went above and beyond during my return and gave me great tax advice as well! Thank you!!!!
