My tax preparer was Venise. She was nice, thorough, and explanatory. If you’re filing simple taxes just do it at home. The “advance pay” is a farce and you don’t find out until 10-15 minutes after filing is complete and paid for. I paid $300 for something I could have done at home. Nothing against Venise. I would like to add a quick mention: the other two women working there are very loud. Even asking for personal information like social security numbers through out the office.
