Great place to get taxes done quickly and accurately.
Terrible customer service. We had to ask if we could sit down after being brought back because the lady was still working on someone else’s taxes. Their information was on a screen for me to see. Then when we asked questioned we were looked at like we were stupid, and given short unhelpful answers. We had a new situation for taxes this year and that’s why we wanted in person help, and she did not make us feel comfortable or like we could ask questions.
