Sharon Jadin handle our taxes and she had great customer service. She was quick but answered any questions we had.
We attempted to file last year and was unimpressed with Janice Olson from this office. Taxes were not filed according to what was supposed to have been submitted based on our agreement and then it was resubmitted and the filing still wasn’t right. There was someone else in the office that was more technical and trying to assist Janice, was not confident in our filing and the damage had been done.
I had Carol do my taxes and she claimed she submitted the tax return however, I just got notified that she’s trying to steal my tax return I went into another Location and they said that she never submitted my tax return in there system Luckily, I had emailed documentation to show the other H&R Block Location They Informed me they had past clients who had these issues with this location before
