Absolutely horrible and heartless. Lied about being able to get a tax advance, double booked me and told the people behind me she would he done in 5 minutes! Rushed me through demanding I sign, sign, sign and was nasty the entire time. The one in Graceland shopping center, in columbus Ohio, the lady that has been there 14 years... she is absolutely horrible in so many ways. We were depending on an advance that she initially promised. I had my taxes done through TurboTax and explained to her that I didn't want to use HR Block... read more

Not a great experience. I was quoted one price and ended up paying way more. They were not friendly. No one greeted me for at least 30 minutes. When no one else waited in the waiting room.
