Ruby and Maryann took really good care of my tax prep for my small business over the coarse of a few days only. Our in office appointment only took 30min. They were both a blessing to work with.
This review is to remind every tax preparer to double-check, and even triple-check, the direct deposit information related to the client. My personal experience is that the IRS wasn’t able to verify my DD information therefore, I have to wait 6-9 weeks for a paper check through snail mail.
It’s common courtesy right after you receive an email for you to call and ask for information about what’s the offer that they are telling you about.
