I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this H&R Block location. I provided all of the information I was asked for, spent close to $1,000, made multiple trips, and still ended up essentially back where I started—with no clear answers and no resolution. The most frustrating part was being told that H&R Block couldn’t do its part until I obtained a significant amount of complicated information directly from the IRS. Paid for amendment back in April and it never got completed. Went to office today and got no gelp again and they tried to hit me up for more money. Phone calls were made and lady on other lins admitted to not filing the addemendment and both employees laughed about. Called district manager during normal business hours and she wouldn't take my call nor did she return my call. I called 1800 number and they did nothing g as well.
