It’s common courtesy right after you receive an email for you to call and ask for information about what’s the offer that they are telling you about. Rita the Tax professional was very knowledgeable and eased my tax worries. 5 stars!
All and all a terrible experience from the moment I walked in the lady I had an appointment with (Rita) was closely looking at my paper work while the receptionist had it then took me to the back and was awful to me. Basically saying I should leave and come back next year if I decide to make more money. Completely humiliating.
