Can't access my online account and the customer service for that feature is useless. The tax preparer kept insisting that we meet again after my taxes were done even though we had gone over the details prior to him completing the "paperwork". I didn't have time when he had time so I had to insist that it be printed out so the person at the front desk could handle it.

Tax prep was excellent Office staff didn't seem to be up on things or communicate with people well.
Great location. Taxes where prepared very quickly. The preparer was informative and kind.
