I am still waiting on a refund from hrblock due to the tech support having issued and can't even get hold of a human on the phone, this is ridiculous.
Worst tax preparation I have ever seen!!!!! Had my taxes for a month excuse was they lost my number? Twice? OK but I've been getting my taxes done by hr block for 15+ years noting was right my wifes last name was wrong?(Married for 9 years) My daughter's ss was wrong!(15) Went in 3 times to clear things up then they couldn't get my taxes to be accepted I go to hr block in Hillsboro done in 3 days and guess what! it was accepted and done correctly!
