Update review. Was told multiple times I’d receive a call back within a certain number of business days. Never once did I receive a call back until 3 months later after I repeatedly reached out. Person that called me wasn’t even from this office, no help. Here we are months down the line and there was absolutely no resolution, no customer service, and 0 accountability. Mr Schlegel who did my taxes was a very nice man, however not once were any fees mentioned until I was on my way out the door when told to go to the front desk to pay the fee. A fee that was $540 to hnr block. For what? I have a w2 job and am also 1099 as a realtor. If there’s extra fees because of this so what, the least you can do is make your clients aware of such fees. I filed taxes in 2023 here thinking that they were getting done then come to find out when I go to file my 2024 taxes they never filed my 2023 then I get penalized and fees and all different things and now I owe the IRS money and they took it out of my return this year And H&R Block is nowhere to be found to correct their mistake. They’re just ignoring me.
