I'm sure some of the people at this place are competent, but the guy we got sure wasn't. First, he almost cost us $2800 by not applying our prepayments, then we just got a letter from the IRS that he actually did the form wrong and they gave us back $673. Not recommended.
Won't be getting our taxes done here again. Poor training with their employees--they filed our local taxes incorrectly and we were told we owed money to a township we don't live in. Luckily we caught it, but when asked for a manager we were given incorrect information and we were told they'd give us a call but no one ever did. So much for " 100% accuracy" and we can't even talk to a manager. Worst tax place... never again.
