DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE FOR YOUR TAXES! They filed our taxes wrong and the regional office person (Elise Winkler) told us we would be getting a refund for our services. It’s been 2+ months and we have yet to receive that refund. I have tried calling Elise and emailing her supervisor and NO ONE has contacted me back. I’ve even gone so far as to file a complaint and even the corporate office has yet to contact me. Looks like I will not be using H&R Block ever again. They seemed really confused as to how I knew they were even open, then they were confused that I just walked in despite their website saying they were open. They still took me but quoted me $400 for 2 W-2’s and told me the $99 quote they advertise on their website isn’t accurate.
H&R Block made my tax preparation very easy. Everything was done online, the communication was great. The process to finalize was simple, e-signatures were easy. The whole experience was great!
