NEVER EVER USE HR BLOCK OR ANY OF ITS EXPERTS, I have a standard situation with my taxes every year I have used hr block they do not file the correct forms for my stock account. In 2022 and 2023 did not attach a specific schedule B with my stocks and cost me $17000, they did it again this year and it cost me $6000. I will never ever trust them again and I highly recommend never ever using them. This is the worst review I’ve ever written for a business but I stand by this whole heartedly.
Worst experience, was refered by my significant other to try out H&R Block in person. Not only was my appointment 20+ minutes later than it should’ve been, the man was as the least helpful and started quoting me over $200 in price. This location doesn’t give the company a good name, I’ll just do my own taxes online, where the price isn’t switched.
DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE FOR YOUR TAXES! They filed our taxes wrong and the regional office person (Elise Winkler) told us we would be getting a refund for our services. It’s been 2+ months and we have yet to receive that refund. I have tried calling Elise and emailing her supervisor and NO ONE has contacted me back. I’ve even gone so far as to file a complaint and even the corporate office has yet to contact me. Looks like I will not be using H&R Block ever again.
