They seemed really confused as to how I knew they were even open, then they were confused that I just walked in despite their website saying they were open. They still took me but quoted me $400 for 2 W-2’s and told me the $99 quote they advertise on their website isn’t accurate.
H&R Block made my tax preparation very easy. Everything was done online, the communication was great. The process to finalize was simple, e-signatures were easy. The whole experience was great!
