Absolutely the worst service ever. Not even helpful enough to point me in the right direction. Never use them
0 stars. Turbotax for sure next year. Mainquarters Customer service made an appt for me Friday at noon the week before taxes were due. (After 2 other appointment mess ups at another location)I got a call Thursday afternoon, day before(1:07pm female if that helps) from the location stating, “we cannot get you in. They made a mistake. Told a bunch of different things every time. From when I “did” my taxes to closing them out took 2 weeks, then it’s another 21 days from those two weeks. Coulda just done turbo tax and been done like a month earlier. Totally ruined a bunch of my plans and messed up my organization of my money. Just do turbo tax
I am not sure what else to do. Nobody knows where my Stimulus check is. It was deposited into my account from H&R Block that was used last year. I had to get a new card and everything was supposed to be deposited onto the new card the money was deposited April 15th into the account. And it's the 19th now and I still have no money on my card. And nobody knows where it is or has any useful information. I'm just extremely stressed about this whole situation
