Vicki Shaiffer was excellent at explaining the entire process, and I really do mean the entire process which I greatly appreciate!! Very kind and communicates clearly; you can tell she cares about her clients.
I went to H&R Block as a last resort and after years of frustration with other tax professionals. I’d previously worked with a well regarded CPA on the corner of Galley and N. Academy (they were consistently rude and charged for everything) and several other local businesses that were friendlier but more expensive and, honestly, a little sketchy.
