Worst ever. Went here in March 2 and was told they electronically filed my taxes. NEVER FILED. Now they are closed and I get b.s. from "customer service". Never again.

They lost my taxes for SIX WEEKS. MY TAXES WOULD STILL BE LOST HAD I NOT CALLED FOR AN UPDATE STATUS. They continue to avoid me to correct their mistake. Oh, they offered me $50 off which was still a $300 bill. Having not much for funds at the time, seeing I never got my refund as planned, this has put me in an awful position. I was a client of hr block for well over a decade. They have been dismissive, unprofessional, and their upper management carless. I have made several phone calls just to be ignored.
