Pamela was great and helped me get all the information I needed to get the most out of my return if you are a rideshare driver, I highly recommend going to her.
I realize that trying to do your taxes last minute must make all the tax accountants crazy, but crazy enough to be literally kicked out of the Peabody Office by Susan for just wanting 2 questions answered. No really, she kicked me out, told me to leave the premises because she did not want to answer the simple question of why the info for the extension look wrong? No matter which employee filed the extension, if someone is acting like a manager to a tax place that question could of been answered by saying, it's just numbers ... read more
