I realize that trying to do your taxes last minute must make all the tax accountants crazy, but crazy enough to be literally kicked out of the Peabody Office by Susan for just wanting 2 questions answered. No really, she kicked me out, told me to leave the premises because she did not want to answer the simple question of why the info for the extension look wrong? Terrible customer service if you don't respond as they want you to. They ended up not doing my taxes. Had to go to another office. I have come to this office for years and have never been treated like this! OMG! Shameful!
