I showed up here as a walk in and let me start by saying they were EXTREMELY unprofessional. I wouldn’t have minded doing my taxes by myself but I am filing back taxes which makes things that much more complicated. I over heard the woman I was supposed to have an appointment with say “ she’s just a walk in from earlier just reschedule.” When in reality it doesn’t matter if I walked in flew in by tornado or made an appointment everyone should receive the same respect.
