My preparer was personable and enjoyable to work with. Got me all my deductions and in a timely manner.
I went to HR Block for years and they have signs everywhere 100% Accuracy guaranteed. They make a mistake 2 years in a row on out of state taxes. I got a email from my preparer admitting the mistake on HR Block behalf. They filed amended tax returns at no charge because they said the mistake was their fault. Then they told me I would have to pay the tax and they would pay the penalties. I had to pay penalties and they said corporate would reimburse me.Corporate wrote me a letter four months later denying any. responsibility.... read more
