I called to HR Block at this location, phone automated answering stated they're open today on Sundays, 11 am to 3 pm. When googled, it said the same thing, also on maps. I went there on Sunday, arriving just before 11am. I waited until 1130 it did not open. I traveled quite a distance to get there. I then called the 800 number and managed to finally bypass the automated prompts before I got a human. Made an appointment. Took time off for appointment at 5pm. Was told did not make appointment at 5pm. Said I made appointment at 1pm and that it was canceled and changed 3 times on their system. Only called twice. Once to make appointment and once on the day of. Don't know what's going on there maybe their system hacked. Who knows. I am going else where this year.

I felt like I was in a hostile environment I know weird. Rude when I had questions. Repeating info she said, like 4 to 5 times. Even though I said I heard the 1st time. 13 years of service does not give you the right to shame anyone at all. I went back to Reliable tax services at Rio West Mall.(Marsherry great attitude and service thank you)No problem done right away friendly staff and service 10 stars!! P.S Veronica I don't think your manager material. Some people just are
