Our tax lady is wonderful, however the upper management is extremely poor. Our tax lady had to do her job and everything else because no one showed up to even open, this place is a joke. Rebecca is awesome, but she can only do so much. I appreciate her, but there is no support for her in this office.
They’ve rescheduled our appointment twice & failed to answer the phone any of the three times I called, & failed to call us back. They moved it from the end of the day to the middle... I had to go through HR Blocks’ customer service to speak to anyone, & they say they have no other appointments available now… We’ll be going elsewhere to file our taxes. Terrible customer service!
Absolutely the worst Tax prepared in Gainesville. They rescheduled two times already first time not sure. Second time tax preparer was at home due to home repair had to reschedule for 1 o’clock then arrived then she called while sitting in the office. Wanted to reschedule due to car problems said car broke downafter they called and rescheduled for 1 o’clock, absolutely unsatisfied get it together people.
You want to be confident in getting great service? Then visit Valerie Jenks at this location. She went above and beyond to pull an external districts filing of an old tax return for me and she was persistent in finding and getting it done! Bravo girl! Your awesome!!!! Thank you so much...❤️
Arrived for my 7pm appointment to find the office closed! I double checked it was the right date, time, and location. My spouse and I both had to rearrange schedules to be at this meeting for nothing.
