They’ll sell you a dream. They’ll find a refund for you, but don’t tell you from the beginning that there’s a $500 fee to get the refund. They rip people off. Just get your taxes done for free with the VITA Tax Prep program. Don’t let them take your money!
This place has no respect for customer time. Calls you three times to urge you to book an appointment and arrive on time—then makes you wait 50 minutes when you do.
Connie Clark is great to work with and has many years of experience, which gives me confidence that our taxes are filed correctly. The whole process is also very convenient.
Sally Ezra was warm, friendly and made me feel welcome. I look forward to next year's tax services.
