Update: Got letters from the IRS & PA State saying the taxes were submitted incorrectly and the refund was lower than what was actually owed. So, paid these jokers money to get a smaller refund than owed. Will literally never use or suggest HR block again to anyone. Complete clown show here. An outrageous amount of money paid for taxes that are not complicated. Claim they will find you the maximum refund, which I’m sure they did. However that is chewed up and even more with the fees they charge. When you ask questions, they talk to you and treat you like an idiot. Their claims of affordable tax filing is a lie and they will not tell you how much it will cost so they can stick you with the bill at the end. The service in local office was efficient and friendly. On-line assistance with a problem is ineffective, non-existent and frustrating.
