They were super nice when scheduling appointments, did not get the tax preparer I requested. Moved from another state. Missing forms when submitting tax return. Got a letter from PA revenue to submit forms. Sent to HR block was told another 99.00 to review paperwork . Rude on phone when called to inquire. I had used them for piece of mind for taxes. Last time to ever use their service.
The service professionals were great to work with. Everyone was kind and supportive. The tax prep service was just too expensive and I will not be returning.
It was a very good experience, Cindy was very thorough, and she explained everything very well.
