good service, explained everything going on answered questions well. one year later, they are unreachable by phone and don't return calls. what the hell
Audrey is a very sweet lady but she is very terrible with filing taxes . I gave her my taxes to file back in Jan ,it is now going on march 1st and she still hasn't filed my 2022 taxes or my 2023 taxes . Her coworker lied to me and told me that she file them and yet on there app i see that nothing wasn't even filed. Audrey also messed up my 2022 taxes and filed it at as 2023 and told me she was going to fix it and get back to me and after that day i have never heard from her again.
