The absolute worse!!!!!!! Dropped my information off 3 weeks ago this past Saturday and my texes still haven't been filed!!!! Tomorrow is April 15th. I've called 3 separate times and Audrey promised they would be filed the next day. Just called, and Audrey is in the hospital and they still haven't been filed. Im sorry she's sick, but this is inexcusable. I will never ever be using H&R Block in Dumont NJ again!!!! Are they going to pay the fine for not filing them on time?
I am having the worst experience with this office - I am just been ignored in the middle of completing my taxes - Kay was so good at first and now she is not getting back to me
Ask for Kay! Kay's great service at this tax location! She is very knowledgeable, and prepares my taxes each year.
good service, explained everything going on answered questions well. one year later, they are unreachable by phone and don't return calls. what the hell
