I been going here for years and I have to say the staff is amazing but this was unacceptable it was freezing no heat at all and it was so uncomfortable for the staff to work and do there jobs hr block you need to really step your game up how can you have people going to the office with no heat at all and the staff to not get proper equipment working at all this is absolutely unacceptable very poorly
I've been going to this branch for over 20 years and the service has been regularly and steadily declining (unlike the fees which go up each and every year). This year, I get an email reminder for my appointment and am asked to confirm it, which I do. Three days later, I inexplicably get a new reminder email for an entirely different (and highly inconvenient) time with no explanation. The absolute worse!!!!!!! Dropped my information off 3 weeks ago this past Saturday and my taxes still haven't been filed!!!! Tomorrow is April 15th. I've called 3 separate times and Audrey promised they would be filed the next day. Just called, and Audrey is in the hospital and they still haven't been filed. Im sorry she's sick, but this is inexcusable. I will never ever be using H&R Block in Dumont NJ again!!!! Are they going to pay the fine for not filing them on time?
