Marilyn did a great job preparing my taxes, however, it was SO much money. As a single person, it cost me $350 to get my taxes done here. I won't be back next year, unfortunately. This has NOTHING to do with Marilyn, she was kind, informative, and quick. I just wish it did not cost so much.

Was supposed to get $4800 back they screwed up and I only got $3100 they filed a wrong name on my paper work and that name had owed money so they took my money, now I am filling an amendment with a private accountant I WILL NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN AN HR BLOCK AS LONG AS I LIVE AGAIN, and this is the 4th time an hr block has messed my taxes up, and I file one w2 and 1040 easy, not rocket science just wanted rapid refund, which I didn't get cause they had a totally wrong name on my taxes, last year they put wrong address, year... read more
Had to amend my taxes because they didn't file right again, good thing I caught it now instead of after 3 weeks, they had wrong name on my tax paper work, and didn't put any of my deductions in taxes, GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK, I mean at $500 for 30 mins you should get a real tax pro that at least can put a name on your paper work right, I know at least 8 of my family members that will no longer go here, Im glad I saved them the time and trouble of an amendment on there taxes, again this year..
