I called on a Sunday, assuming they were closed like it stated on line. I planned to leave a message. Much to my surprise, someone answered the phone, I started to explain my request and she hung up on me after rudely stating she couldn’t help me. I called back and asked the woman if she would allow me the opportunity to complete my question.
