Absolutely awful experience. I received a coupon by being a member of Guadalupe Credit Union so I thought, "sure, let's use this" was quoted over $500 (which even the professional thought that was high), spent HOURS in the office with the professional just to be told over and over that they have a new tax system this year and they didn't get a lot of training on it - excuse me?
