Scheduled me for a day they were closed very unprofessional
Terrible service. Had an appointment and showed up early. No one was working the front desk. One rep came up front and notified our rep that we were there. After waiting 30 minutes no one came up to get us or provide any updates on why things were going so slow. We ended up leaving and will do our taxes online.
