Our advisor Rebecca was nice, but she didn't seem very familiar with the software that the company uses and couldn't open several of the documents I sent her through MyBlock. She also completely neglected to include my husband's income on our return, making us think we'd get a 6k refund, when it turned out we owed 4k since he's self employed.
