I’m usually pretty nervous to file my taxes, but Gail Powell made the filing process quick and easy! I was surprised with how professional and timely the service was, and the receptionist Linn was extremely hospitable not only to me but to the rest of the guests. I would definitely give this location a visit this tax season.

Don’t use them. They lie about rates. Say 90 and then it’s 280. Liars stay away. UPDATE , they respond and say call to discuss which I did. When I told them of the bait and switch they didn’t care. As I told them, when I made appointment I said what forms I had and they said 90. After they did my taxes they said 280. Liars. Never use them.
Been going to H&R block for almost 20 years now. Filed our taxes tor 2023 in january as usual, nothing complicated in filing needed to be done, very basic. It's almost October now, we still have not gotten our return. When we've tried to go in and ask what is going on, to find out a timeline or any info on what's taking so long, we get met with raised shoulders. Nobody knows what's going on. We filed taxes with them in March, and they messed up on our filing status. We went back to get that fixed. On Tuesday we got charged a federal balance fee from the IRS AGAIN. Something we had already paid back in April. Now our bank account is overdrawn because they made a mistake and didn’t take off that fee so we wouldn’t get double charged. Now that we called, they say they can’t fix that… We have bills due and our account is negative… this would’ve never happened if they wouldn’t have made those errors. I DO NOT recomme... read more
