Do not use H and R block. Their customer service is horrible. I’ve been passed around for weeks now, no resolution. Their security is horrible. My account was hacked and then the hacker used their electronic services to file a fraud tax return. Now IRS is holding my refund for up to 600 days. Emerald is now charging me $200 in late fees and refuses to remove fees. No one in management will talk to me. All offshore or mediocre customer service agents that pass you back and forth.
