Danielle was very friendly and helpful. Very disappointed in the price. I have been a customer of H& R Block for over 20 years and there is no discounts for customers with dedication. New customers get discounts but Danielle couldn't do a thing for us. Will probably be going elsewhere next year. Lack of appreciation for "old" customers is sad.
After having Nancy do our taxes for the last “million” years. She had finally retired. This year we got the pleasure of working with Jordan Spaich. She was very reassuring that we were in great hands with her. She also had a great personality and was a joy to work with. Would recommend scheduling an appointment with her. Nancy, our tax lady is extremely great! She makes our tax return super simple for us.
My wife and I had set an appointment weeks in advance with a specific tax preparer. We kept getting text message reminders of our appointment with this individual, and this individual even called us a week in advance to remind us of our appointment with them. Once we arrived for our appointment however, we found they had given our spot to someone else and moved our schedule to another individual.
