Ashley was super helpful in getting me what I needed. The front desk staff (I believe his name was Cameron) was also kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend this spot!
Carmen Cano I have to admit was by far very patient but yet prompt on getting my husband and I comfortable knowing we had to pay she was super helpful by making sure we understood every step. Her gentleness was very much appreciated. I am so hopeful to continue having her do our taxes in the future.
The whole staff, especially Carmen Cano Ramos, is welcoming, informative, and attentive, answering all my questions and concerns. They always calm my tax fears and reassure me that they have my back. This year, Carmen spent even more time explaining recent changes in tax law and also H&R Block pricing changes. Because of this excellent team, I no longer dread doing my taxes--and that's a true blessing!
The person was helping yesterday he was rushing everything and when I asked for a copy he took a deep breath like (you know that feeling when you bother someone) thank you 😒 still doing my taxes with HR BLOCK since 2013 but I didn’t like that kind the energy ( I didn’t tell the NAME) so that person have to learn HOW TO SMILE TO A CUSTOMER
I was mislead into thinking that I would get an advance on my taxes. I had no idea that there would be a credit check to determine whether I would qualify for an advance. I was told that it would depend on my with holdings and EIC.I would have not went through with the process if I was informed about a credit check. My insurance was lost and I needed the money to pay for my meds.
