Made appointment, walked in, they saw I had my teenage son after picking him up from school and backpack of prior tax forms ready to go through with the CPA. I have file taxes online and was rejected for “H&R Block software issue” according to the IRS. I went in and the lady was unhelpful and immediately started to tell me “their will be a $50 charge for someone to help you. We will not just help you and no one is getting paid” I couldn’t believe she said that to me. I simply just wanted resolution on the matter. I wasn’t rude, I didn’t demand to be help for free.
