A kind, extremely helpful tax worker. She put my mind at ease and answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand.
Brought my taxes in for the drop and go. My tax professional did not communicate with me at all during the time. A week after dropping it off, we decided to just to do it ourselves. I contacted them numerous times to find out the status of our tax preparations. Was told it would be done by the end of the week. Wasnt ready and even when they said all they needed was my signature to complete it, they could not get ahold of our tax professional. No emails, no calls back to me to let me know.
