I came in two weeks ago. Everything went alright until I was sent the draft of the tax returns and realized an update needed to be made before it was finalized. I called an apparently the person who helped complete the forms only works on weekends, and (according to the front desk) no one else but her could help us. I waited until the weekend and called again, and was told the person was now on a two week vacation. Once again, I asked if anyone else at the office could help us and was told no. I came in as a walk in no apt and they saw me right away and I had a complicated issue. The staff was very polite and professional and I had assistance from Shaun Johnson who made it painless and solved my problems for me and was all smiles. Very patient and very understanding. Would recommend anyone go here.
