They did my taxes for 2021 and I still haven't received a refund in 2024. They charged me 260$ that I paid and told me my refund was Bout 1700$ but then I get a letter from the irs staying it's actually only 300$ish. If I would have known that I wouldn't have paid them 260$ and done it myself. So now I've paid them 260$ and HAVENT seen the 300ish bux back. Very inexperienced and they've done nothing to help make it right. Will never go to H&R Block again.
