Lack of transparency. Got two different prices by two different agents for the same amount of forms, same person (myself), same agency, within 3-4 days... the only difference was the initial was an in-person appointment and the last one was an online appointment. The price for the appointment online jumped to almost doble the initial amount discussed at an in-person appointment.
