do not recommend this place at all. 16 years of experience? yet you still manage to mess up our taxes and have us pay thousands of dollars, then have the audacity to claim it MIGHT come back within 6 MONTHS. we are not rich. waiting that long for a return is unacceptable. this is the second time our taxes have been screwed up from them. would not recommend this place at all. no competence. will be doing it through turbotax ourselves from now on.
Very poor experience. Horrible customer service and not understanding in the slightest.
After taxes were filed in February 2024, the state income tax refund did not come in for several months. When reaching out to the agent's email directly who helped me, they told me to call the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue myself. Here, it was a math error made by Mr. Reese. I did not receive my PA state return until being notified by the PA Department of Revenue of the error, which was September.
