I would not recommend this location of H&R Block to help you with your taxes. We had an appointment but still waited over 30 minutes to work with an advisor and ended up with another advisor because ours was far behind schedule. They work in cubicles so you don't have any auditory privacy and anyone in their office can hear your sensitive information and you can hear theirs. Avoid. The staff are poorly trained, and incompetent.
Walked in to hydepark h&r block and the loud mouth manager shouts your personal information so the intire place hears your business and violates federal confidentiality laws, and talks to her camera trying to start a litigation, she stands almost shoulder to shoulder and shouts, very unprofessional . , however the employee was very soft voiced until the manager arrives.
Mr. Jefferson was amazing to work with! Highly recommend!
