Very polite and informative
I would not recommend this location of H&R Block to help you with your taxes. We had an appointment but still waited over 30 minutes to work with an advisor and ended up with another advisor because ours was far behind schedule. They work in cubicles so you don't have any auditory privacy and anyone in their office can hear your sensitive information and you can hear theirs.
