My 5 stars is for Mary Dock and Nina very professional, courtesy, personal, gives great advice. Made us as clients feel more like family. Will be returning as long as they are here.
Maybe you should tell Mary that not everyone is a tax expert and to talk to people with a bit less of a condescending tone. I called looking for a consultation (which YOUR company offered) and I was spoken to like I was a moron. Congrats on being a tax wiz Mary, most of us aren't...that's why you have a job. Be a bit nicer.
