Jaime Puesta has been an amazing tax preparer for my family going on so many years. I would never go to anyone else. He always has a smile and genuinely asks about my kids and extended family!

This company is not worth your time. After I received a 3rd call from them saying that the specialist isn't available and "let's reschedule it to another date" I was deeply upset by such level of service. Second appointment was "100% confirmed that you'll get the service on this date and time". Lost a week without results being fed with empty promises. You can't do business that way with such sensitive subject as tax and money.

My tax preparer was incredible. Her name is Jaymi. Absolutely get your taxes done here! I had mine screwed up and this professional lady fixed it in no time. No shaming just fixing.
I highly recommend the office on Hillsboro BLVD and Powerline Road. The people there are great. I had a great experience with Wagner who was very pleasant and efficient.
Not good services. Clearly my account Thuy Nguy never read my messages and I'm waiting for her to reach out. But i guess with her last day working is TODAY for the season she can't be bothered. And the man who picked up the phone states she was with a client the client was supposed to be me. SHE NEVER LOOKED AT MY MESSAGE FROM THREE DAYS AGO. And who does NOT ANSWER THEIR MESSAGES BACK. I helped a family member file their taxes online using the H&R Block FREE online filing. The family member only had $12,000 in income. They did not owe ANY taxes and this should have been a FREE filing (just as it is advertised). One page asked the question if there was any sales taxes paid during the year. I tapped it and it automatically said she had paid $665 in sales taxes. That one question then caused her (in her extremely limited income situation to have to pay $70 plus tax) to file her income taxes. NOT OKAY!! ... read more
